My name is Istvan and I am a thing that thinks it's a man

I am a college student and animation fuckfreak. I like foul language, men, and pictures moving in all kinds of styles. I use he/him and it/its, and speak Hungarian, English, German, Finnish and currently I am learning Japanese by myself.

My hobbies include Sudoku, running, collecting post cards, theater and sculpting. I am an avid enjoyer of all animation, but I can call myself an indulger of Hungarian animation the most.

I major in Graphic Design in my university, and I got a wonderful cat called Rosie (inspired by the Animal Crossing character with the same name). I have made approx. 5 Inu-oh playlists, a zine dedicated to the movie, way too many sappy comics and as you can see, its own dedicated website.

My favourite movies are Inu-oh, Whisper Of The Heart (directed by Yoshifumi Kondō) Tokyo Godfathers (directed by Satoshi Kon) The Lighthouse (directed by Robert Eggers) Moonlight (directed by Barry Jenkins) and a whole other bunch. So far in 2020s I enjoyed:

My favourite artists are Masaaki Yuasa, Tom of Finland, Tove Jansson, Macskássy Gyula, and Kovásznai György.

My favourite musicians are The Mountain Goats, DENKI GROOOOOOOOOVE, QUEEN BEE, Yellow Magic Orchestra, GEZAN, the pillows, Oingo Boingo, Tyler The Creator and Björk.

As of 2023 I have watched all of Masaaki Yuasa's directed works, and I got opinions on all of them. Maybe I'll write them down one day!
